After only four years in business, Paul Wasson Electrical has grown from a home operated one-man operation to a business with five staff and three mobile
vans which service Lismore, Ballina and Lismore.
Paul Wasson has more than 20 years experience in the industry and he runs the business with his wife, Lea, and three staff – Brett Hardwick, Peter
McEvoy and new recruit, Mick Carson.
Paul can provide electrical services to both domestic homes or commercial premises, whether it be a new light switch for a bedroom or an entire new shop
fit out. Paul also does testing and tagging for businesses, which is now a legal requirement for any commercial operator.
Another great aspect of the business is that Paul employs staff who live in the area they service, so they know the area and can provide fast response
times with no travel charges.
And when it comes to keeping customers happy, Paul believes it’s the little things that matter the most.
“We are always courteous to our customers and often it’s just little things, like taking your shoes off in their home and cleaning up any mess
before you leave,” Paul said. “We live by our motto ‘it’s nice to be in safe hands’, because especially with electrical services
safety is a priority. We also believe in fair pricing and quick response times.”
And going on the growth Paul’s business has had in the last four years they must be doing something right.
