The name Northern Septic Grease & Oil Removal may be new to the Northern Rivers, but proprietor David Mitchell and sales manager Rodger Owen are certainly not newcomers to either the industry or the area.
Both David and Rodger have worked in the industry for more than five years, having both previously worked with Summerland Pumping/Environmental Services (SPS).
After the purchase of SPS by Solo/Richmond Waste, David (affectionately known to customers and friends as ‘Bucket’) decided to put his experience to good use and go into business for himself.
Priding themselves on doing a job properly first time, every time, David and Rodger have already built a fine name for Northern Septic Grease & Oil Removal.
“There are two ways of doing things – right the first time or you have to come back a second time,” Rodger said. “It’s the old prevention is better than cure thing – if you do it right the first time then there’s no hassle down the track. In this business if you do something wrong it can really impact on a company’s ability to do business, so we always take the extra time to ensure we get it right from the very start.”
Northern Septic Grease & Oil Removal can pump grease traps and oil arresters, septics and non-hazardous liquid waste. They can also do sludge pumping and repair grease trap filters, as well as clean water tanks and do emergency response and spill recovery.
