New eye practice opens

Local eye specialist Dr Niall Aboud has established a new practice in Lismore, conveniently located in Conway Street, Lismore.
Dr Aboud has more than 10 years experience in examining and treating eye disease, and has spent the last five years working in the Lismore area.
The new practice has been fitted with the latest in laser equipment for the treatment of diabetes, glaucoma and macular degeneration, as well as minor procedure equipment for skin cancers of the eyelid - all of which can be treated on site.
Dr Aboud is now available for appointments at the new premises on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday each week. He is happy to see people with emergency problems or long-standing patients, but all appointments must be booked through the new practice phone number on 6622 5999.
"We provide professional and courteous consultations, and offer the latest in technological advances to our patients," Dr Aboud said. "The beauty of the new practice is that we're on a ground floor, and are therefore easily accessible for the elderly or people in wheelchairs. I think patients will find the new practice comfortable and convenient."
Dr Aboud will continue to provide the same high level of service he has become known for in the region, with all new patients made most welcome.
