If it's not Dusty...
High pressure cleaner, Dusty Miller, with his bright orange trailer.
A 22-year career in the Navy has given local high pressure cleaner, Dusty Miller, a keen eye for detail that's essential in his line of business.
Dusty grew up in Lismore, before joining the Navy in 1980. After more than two decades with the defence force he moved back to his hometown in 2001 and established his cleaning business.
Unmistakable in his bright orange trailer, Dusty's business motto is 'If it's not Dusty, it's not clean' - a phrase coined by his 13-year-old daughter Danielle in an inspired moment.
And being the fastidious bloke that he is, the motto fits Dusty down to a tea.
"The standard of cleaning in the defence force is immaculate compared to commercial standards, and I know customers will not be disappointed with the finished product," Dusty said. "I usually only do one job a day - I don't believe in rushing through a job so I take the time to ensure it's done properly each time. And I'm happy to wash anything of any size - I've done everything from a single bathroom window to a forty-unit aged care complex."
Dusty can clean houses, windows, paths, driveways, decking, steps, retaining walls and even headstones.
Using some of the best machinery available Dusty removes mould, grime and dirt quickly, efficiently and economically. He uses chlorine to remove mould and vehicle wash to remove dirt and spiders, before a final rinse.
Contrary to popular belief Dusty says pressure cleaning is in no way damaging to paintwork, unless the job isn't being done properly.
Dusty is available between 9.30am-3.30pm each day and he's more than happy to do free quotes. For more information or to arrange an appointment phone Dusty on 6622 2825 (day or evening).
