Underage Kids
On the urging of Cr Norma Thomas, Richmond Valley Council is writing to the NSW Attorney General asking advice on how to deal with underage lawbreakers - ie.kids.
You can't lock 'em up, but with stories of parents opening the door to a house full of stolen goods and saying to the victim "Take back what's yours ", communities should be looking for ways to responsibly deal with this problem.
