Deuce Bigalow: European Gigolo (MA)

One word describes Deuce Bigalow: European Gigolo: tragic: although "puerile" also springs to mind as well. I went into this movie with extremely low expectations and they were still too high.
Very few sequels are equal to the original but compared to this latest instalment, the original Deuce Bigalow is a comedy masterpiece (which it soooo wasn't). Now that's scary! We were informed at the end of the original movie that Deuce (Rob Schneider) and his one-legged girlfriend live happily ever after. But it was not to be Turns out she gets eaten by sharks off the coast of Mexico while attempting to hand feed turtles (excuse me while I suppress my peels of laughter).
Fleeing to Amsterdam to escape arrest Deuce teams up with his former pimp, TJ Hicks (Eddie Griffin), who convinces him to return to his career as a man-whore so they can catch the person who is killing off all of Europe's finest gigolos.
In a bad case of deja vu, Deuce gets to escort a bevy of "challenged" women like Katrina (?) who has a penis for a nose - wait til she starts sneezing: boy is that a thigh slapper! In the process, he discovers who the murderer is.
As you can tell, this is really classy stuff. And worst of all it breaks the number one comedy rule. It's not funny!
The only redeeming thing about overwrought rubbish is the character of Deuce himself. He's actually a really sweet guy who always does his best to help his clients overcome their physical problems. I know there is an audience out there who appreciates Deuce and his dubious talents, but things are pretty sad when the highpoint of a film is a grown man wearing a nappy. (And a big cheerio to any members of the judiciary reading this).
Actually, two words sum up this movie: total crap!
