A 2003 camper trailer valued at $11,500 was stolen from a residence in Lindendale
Road, Wollongbar, sometime between 12.15pm Saturday and 5pm on Sunday. Any information

A 32-year-old woman was arrested in The Entrance by Lismore detectives last
Wednesday over the armed robbery of the Southern Cross and Bananacoast credit
unions in Lismore in June. Wendy Annette Bell was charged with two counts of robbery
whilst armed with an offensive weapon. She appeared in Lismore Local Court on
Tuesday, but did not enter a plea. The case was adjourned until September 20.
A 1997 Commodore wagon was completely destroyed by fire early on Monday morning.
Police were called to the burning car on the Rock Valley Road, Blakebrook, just
north of Rosehill Road, at 5am. Any information to Lismore Police on 6623 1599.
A laptop computer, mobile phone metal bag, sunglasses, cassette recorder and
computer were stolen from a house in Airforce Road, East Lismore, on Monday. Thieves
entered the unlocked premises between 7.30am and 7.15pm.
Four teenagers have been charged over the theft of a 1992 Commodore wagon on
Monday afternoon. Four males aged 15 to 17 allegedly stole the car, parked in
Magellan Street, around 1pm. Police were alerted following complaints from Lismore
Lake where they saw it being driven at speed and performing fishtails and burnouts.
The youth fled as Police approached and the car collided with a fence after rolling
some 20 metres. Police gave chase on foot and quickly arrested all four.
A mobile phone, compact disc and CD player were stolen from a Ford Econvan
parked on Beachfront Parade, Ballina, between 10.30pm Sunday and 8am on Monday.
Police urge motorists to remove valuables from parked vehicles to reduce the risk
of theft.
