Childbirth classes

Six night Childbirth Education Class for pregnant women, their partners & support people start Feb 2 at the St Vincent's Hospital Conference Ctr, Dalley St, East Lismore, from 6.30pm. Class content relevant for women birthing in the local area. Classes cover late pregnancy, labour, coping techniques, chemical pain relief & early parenting. Small class size, hospital tour included. Tertiary prep

Tertiary Preparation Certificate III offered in 2004 at W'bar campus of TAFE. HSC-equivalent course designed for mature age students, which can be studied full-time (2 semesters) or part-time. ACON Northern Rivers holds the 2nd of their Lesbian Speaker Series 'Shake It Up' on Fri, Jan 16.
